Delivery Information

When will i receive my order?

  • Please allow up to three(3) working days (excluding Sundays and State and National public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. You will receive another notification when our order has shipped. 

  • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has been shipped. 

  • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you resubmit your order. 


When will my orders be shipped?

  • Local Pickup : In-store pickup is available Monday - Saturday 9am - 7pm (excluding State and National public holidays). A message will be sent via WhatsApp/email when your order is ready for pickup. If you prefer to drive-through and collect, please contact us to make arrangements.

  • By Courier : Orders are expected to be delivered to you within three(3) - five (5) working days (excluding Sundays and State and National public holidays). Please note that deliveries cannot be made to P.O. Box locations. 


How will I know when my order has been shipped?

  • You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt of order via WhatsApp/Email from us, with the tracking information and details of the logistics provider that we have engaged. You can track your order with the tracking information provided. . 


What are the delivery charges?


Peninsular Malaysia

1st Kilogram : RM6.00

Every subsequent Kilogram : RM2.00/kg


East Malaysia (Sarawak)

1st Kilogram : RM21.00

Every subsequent Kilogram : RM14.00/kg


East Malaysia (Sabah)

1st Kilogram : RM23.00

Every subsequent Kilogram : RM14.00/kg


Outside of Malaysia

Please contact us with the details (for example, destination address, items and quantity ordered etc) for us to provide a more accurate quote.

What do I do if I encounter problems, or have inquiries/complaints regarding the delivery of my orders?

  • Do not sign and receive the parcel if damaged, we will not be responsible for any damage caused by the courier company.

  • Kindly contact our customer service team by emailing us at [email protected] , and we will do our best to assist you. Our operating hours are from Mondays - Saturdays (9am - 7pm, excluding Sundays, State and National public holidays).
