Refund & Exchange Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
If you received a product ordered on our Platform which does not comply with its descriptions or which is of unsatisfactory quality, we may, in our sole and absolute discretion, replace the affected product at our expense (subject to you bearing the delivery cost) or provide you with a full/partial refund of the products’ purchase price unless we have reasonable cause to believe that the issue was caused after delivery.
Before we are able to proceed with a refund or replacement, the following is required:
Submission of receipt of proof of purchase;
Submission of photographic documentation of the product that you are dissatisfied with;
Submit photographs of the goods’ packaging (both internal and external).
The products should be returned within five (5) days from the date you received our instructions to return the product.
The product shall be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The product shall be returned following our shipping instructions.
You will be responsible for paying off the shipping costs of the returned product.
Delivery costs are non-refundable.
Prior to providing a replacement, or refund and upon compliance with all of the above, we will investigate and verify your claims. We may take into account relevant factors including the order details, your account history, and the incident that led to the necessity for replacement/refund.
If, in our sole and absolute discretion, find that your claims are valid, we shall proceed to replace the products, or provide you with a refund.
If we provide you with a refund, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
The refunded amount will be reflected in your account in accordance with the terms and the timeline set out in your card issuer policies.
